Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

3.4 General Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will be processed only through the same method used for the deposit.
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 337x, you will receive a 150% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
337x reserves the right to determine eligibility for bonuses.
Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
337x reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Another bonus cannot be accepted while one is active, unless specifically permitted.

4.4 VIP Program

337x has four VIP tiers for regular players:

Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
Platinum — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a player's activity and relevant guidelines. 337x reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 337x platform:

5.1 Technical Misuse

Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
Attempting to make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software or systems.
Attempting to attack or destabilize the network or servers.

5.2 Financial Fraud

Conducting transactions using a false identity or a third party's account.
